I have 1.0 finished for some time now (probably only some minor fixes left), i'm waiting for testing with the new premium system. I hope to release everything this week or the next week.

The 1.0 version will be free for all clients that already bought a license. For future clients, we did not decide exactly what the pricing plan will be, but it will be either 299$, or 399$ or we will start at 99$ and each additional module will cost 49$, or all 3 options depending on what features you want.
