in video ads
instead of the video ad that is over it for about 3 seconeds could we have one that will apear on videos when they are paused and when they play it again it disapears?

If you are talking about the ad that is over the embedded videos, then no, that is not possible, however i'm working on a flowplayer that will work exactly as you described, but only for the hosted/hotlinked videos.

Advertisements are either all-over your webpages or in your video feed whenever you pause or while its buffering..
