This is an odd error. If you go to: http://www.thehiddenshelf.com/static/Web_Cams/, you will see the iframe code however in edit view, it generates the iframe in the ckeditor. Thoughts?

Go to Admin -> Content -> Add and click the Source Button (top left in the editor menu) and then enter the iframe code. Add your content. It will work. If you add it directly in what you see is what you get mod, the code will be escaped.

I tried that originally and when I clicked source, I could not add anything in the box. I will try it again with a different browser.
EDIT: Confirmed this issue. In IE 9, I was unable to modify the textarea content once I clicked source. I was able to do this in Chrome without issue though.

Yeah, its just a local bug with IE 9 and CKEditor. I am not sure what the deal is, but for whatever reason IE doesn't not let you mod the source textarea. I can make a screen video if you would like to see it.
