What's the best conversion settings for MP4 format?
I have it in default, how can I make it faster loading without quality loss?or maybe a little is fine, I just want to make it faster load.

Always use the latest version of ffmpeg. Edit libraries/framework/video.php and find -crf 22, set it -crf 24 (this will give you a smaller filesize, almost the same quality, you can also try -crf 26). There is no need for other settings to be changed.

The video.php is already -crf 26
