Im getting emails saying people can not sign up because of the verification image is there anyway it can be changed for another one like recaptcha or any others i know there is another good one but i can not remember its name

They are too difficult to see at times and some how its not working. Mostly though, when a user inputs the wrong code, some form info is wiped out. I have only experienced the lack of preserve form data on drop-downs.

Occassionally, spammers (it appears to be bots) are getting by.

I tried to sign up to jaydens site as a test user and even though i put in the correct code for the image. It said it was wrong and asked if i was human.

It's very annoying and probably the reason not many people sign up to his site.

Here's a good replacement for the dodgy verification picture you currently use.

Hmmm...ok. Will leave that how it is and also add support for re-captcha.

Recaptcha is useless for stopping spam bots from auto registering. A better solution is to implement something similar to what this phpbb modification does: (http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi … &t=1576255).

I was getting dozen of spam bots registering daily on a phpbb forum of mine that was using Recaptcha. Long story short, it didn't work. However, the solution in my post above stopped all spam bots registrations and spamming. Implementing something similar in ASPro for the registration form would be a great idea.

Hmm...i already integrated a math and word method in the captcha class, but i'll re-test and make sure it works.
