A user flagged a video for not working. It showed up as flagged. I confirmed the video was working and deleted the users flag via the admin. The video still says flagged and I can not get it to go back even though it does not show any flags.

Its not a bug I looked in to this after u look at the flags you have to go on video edit. And put flagged as no

Ah ha! You are correct sir. I didn't realize un-flagging a video was a via the edit and not the actual flags themselves. I guess that would make sense as this would allow you to keep a history of the flags.
