when people upload pictures it looks stupid because there are not all the same size, How can i make them end out all the same size?

I'm not sure yet, but i think only members that upload avatars that are smaller. Is that correct?

Except for forcing them to upload a image with a certain size or resizing the small image (will not be pretty), there is no other solution.

Enforce a limit that the picture needs to be a certain pixel by pixel size. Think this will alleviate the issue...
