Multiserver Directory Structure

Hi,

Is it correct that the additional server has to have the same Directory Structure like the MEDIA Dir?

Example:

disk2-
------media
-------videos
--------vid
--------tmb
--------mp4
--------flv

Additionaly my FTP runs not with the standard ftp port ( stop port scanners ) is it possible to input an other port into the ftp function?

Hi,

1. You only need the flv, mp4 and mobile directories (not necesary as subfolders of the /media directory, if you chose to also use the media directory, you need to set it
in the multi-server add for ftp_root and url).

2. Currently ftp port is not supported, however it is very easy to add (i can add this tomorrow for you if you want).

Ok,

I did that. But now the server tries to load all existing videos from my second server

Tested a few uploads too, but the server will not be used.

Note, i added serv1.mypornow.com into my lighttpd config.
Server root is set to the /mypornow/media2/videos

Hmm...will check tomorrow and see what the problem is. I think i have your ssh (i'm 100% sure it works, you are the second person to use the multi-server,
works for porntubexl.nl).
