Blank Video

In some case when i can see one video is blank and when i update (f5) i can see . I try search the problem but i cant. For this whe i acces to my panel some user flag videos and the rason is (not playing) But its no true the video is ok but the problem is that i mention.

Is posible i dont have some thing o what happen realy?

Can you help me?

Note: This increase my bounce rate on google from 29% to 42%

I have no idea what could be wrong. Maybe something to do with the ads. Disable all ads on that page and try again please.

With the top screenshot ad you have two flash players (the square ad and the flowplayer) which means one won't work.

On the second screenshot the square ad on the left is not a flash player ad.

no sr pornopowered this not de problem i 2 case the banner are image. I dont know i need any permiss in any file or i dont know or is a problem with the data base. I need solved that .

No. I'm looking at your site right now. Right click on the banners... they are flash. You can't have a flash player (flowplayer) and a flash banner - two flash elements - on the same page without some modifications.

The other is that dont import if is flv hotlink or embed from other site the problem is for al video type

The embed players seem to be working with multiple flash elements on the same page. The problem looks like the flowplayer.

because is how for one moment dot take the information relate con the video becasue the problem dont is onyl with flv or hotlink too is with embed from others tubes.

Try putting the javascript for the player at the bottom of the page... below the ad javascript.

I put more information about this here for example i clear my cache of my navigator and join a video and the proble take issue and after i join in other video and i can see good.

I correct the above said is only to hotlink or flv is present the problem.

What is the permiss for modules/video/player and the files?

Do you guys have any special setup? Like, are you using lighttpd to stream with apache? Is it just all on apache? Or all on lighttpd?

I looked at their sites also and it's a weird problem. They need too:

1. Remove all Ads!!!! And test.
2. Describe if the movie is embedded or uploaded? What website is the movie from?

It's hard to tell what is wrong when they just say... "this video doesn't work on this page"

YES, that video worked in IE, Firefox and Chrome.

i get a big white screen in my firefox

Your firefox updated? it worked fine when i clicked the link in firefox, firefox is my main browser.
