Non sponsored videos display default ad

I seen a post a while back about how to set a default ad for whenever the video does not have a sponsor, the ad that goes under the video. I used to have it on my site but after new template, i lost it. If anyone know where i can find the post, thats fine with me or how to do it?

Add a banner to the Video Player Default position.

Admin -> Advertising -> Add (selecting the group/position Video Player Default).

Yeah its not there, it has Video Player but i try to add that and it shows nothing
