User embedding is a security hazard. If you want to implement this, you need a script that validates the youtube embed code and makes sure only youtube is allowed.

no problem for the admin to embed for youtube , the problem is how du i allow this for the user to ?

It is not possible and we will not add this feature. It will cause tons of security problems. If you want to implement this you need to validate the youtube embed code before adding it.
