Mobile videos not converted

hi i,ve changed my server to a bigger one and since i did that everything is working except converting mobile videos.

what can i do?

i think maybe the 777 is not good but don't know which one i need to change

/media/videos/mobile is changed to 777 but not work eighter

Check the conversion log in tmp/logs/video-id.log and see if the mobile videos convert. What version of ffmpeg are you running?

i don't know what the version is of the ffmpeg, but in teh tmp/logs. are video id's

if i activate the video for mobile, and click on it i get not found.

Please ask your hosting company what version of ffmpeg you are running.

i've ask them only waiting for a message,
and i've something else.

couple weeks ago i ask about to delete all the files out tmp/uploads
is it also possible that i can deactivate those logs that it don't write it in that map.
so i don't need to delete it every day.

Im also getting that same problem in the mobile version

Edit libraries/framework/video.php and remove:

-cmp +chroma
