Hi,
Adrian to save disk space im using /public_html/media/videos/mp4/ID.mp4 for mobile version
and not /public_html/media/videos/mobile/ID.mp4
but now im getting not found problems
and when i try to open path to video example : domain.com/media/videos/mp4/3180.mp4
im getting 403 Forbidden.
so how i can make it play videos ?

is not so easy, just link and all videos will play in all mobile
the reason is that mp4 have profiles, Baseline (lowest), Main, and High. Lower levels are easier to decode, but higher levels offer better compression.
-Every device that support mp4 can play with Baseline profile.
-Ipad 1 and iphone 3 can not play videos with main profile.
-High profile is supported by the latest device like iphone 5, ipad 2+
So if your videos are in SD use Main, in HD use High and for LD Baseline Profile.
On my site i will convert all videos to Main profile and if the video have a HD quality i will make an other video file in HD with High Profile.

SO there is no way to make this work? but eve if i try to open /media/videos/mobile/ID.mp4 i get 403 Forbidden .

You can get forbidden for various reasons. Probably a nginx/apache configuration problem. You would get 404 if the file would be missing.

File is not missing. ..that's is sure.
When I remove your streaming code from /v_host/domain.conf videos on mobile working but then I don't have stream...I can't move fast forward video etc.
