How to add upload guidelines?

I went to video_upload.tpl.php and found that code at the very bottom of the page, I tried almost every solution I could think of but the text won't just get added.

Are you sure you edited the right file? Which file did you edit and whats your site's url?

I believe so. I went to templates/default-pink/video_upload.tpl.php and at the very bottom, I saw the following code:

				</div>
			</div>
		</div>
		<div class="clear"></div>
	</div>

What I'm doing to add some upload guidelines is the following:

<p>Rule #1</p>
				</div>
			</div>
		</div>

Hi, i found no solution for my problem.

How to change the Upload Guidelines in the upload video section?

Max filesize 100MB!
Max categories 3!
Daily file uploads limit: 10!
Supported file types: flv, mp4, mkv, mov, avi, wmv, mpeg, 3gp and asf!
No content involving underage persons, animals, rape, incest, violence, blood, shitting or other disgusting things!
Upload your own porn. If the file you upload is copyrighted we will remove it instantly!

i found no way to do that!

Hello JohnRambo,

In the admin
go to home - extend - language manager -under action you have a folder icon
press on it and go to video - click on the folder with the pencil and under the bottom you can edit the Upload Guidlines.
