Mobile site and redirection for 1.0.10 and upwards

Please do us a favor and post a step by step how to enable and make this new feature work like it should. I have read 3 different posts till now with different problems and solutions and still no luck with me. So instead of starting another "i cant make the m.site.com" work why dont you make a step by step guide of how to do it?

Make Change In Confi.php and index.php in main site only 2 places.

Will add the redirect by default in 1.0.13.
