video uploads only sound no screen.

when users uploading videos i only her the sound of the video but only black screen.

some videos are good. but mostly no screen.

do any one know what the problem is?

I've checked your server. You have a decent version of ffmpeg (from July 27 2013), so it should be good (if you want latest version, we can upgrade for 49$). Does this happen to all videos? Or only specific videos?
