DMCA Notices how serious are they
Ok first of all i know that they are serious but how serious can they be? Will the provider cut you off if you dont remove the content? Will they give you name? I have heard for some providers in Europe that they are supposed to be DMCA worrie free. Have you ever got a DMCA notice?
I got a notice for 3 videos of mine which i have imidiately suspended, to get the flame of me at the moment.

You should take DMCA seriously. Some providers take your server down, some ask you to pay 100$ if they get a DMCA request...and in the long run you might get sued.
