My sphinx is showing the following issues and my Version is 2.2.6
WARNING: key 'sql_query_info' was permanently removed from Sphinx configuration. Refer to documentation for details.
WARNING: key 'charset_type' was permanently removed from Sphinx configuration. Refer to documentation for details.
WARNING: key 'enable_star' was permanently removed from Sphinx configuration. Refer to documentation for details.

Yeah, its because the config file contains some outdated options. You can remove them from the sphinx.conf file.

so how to update the configuration can you post updated on as i am not sure about the options. last time also you provided me that configuration

Edit sphinx.conf and delete each line that contains one of the outdated options. Restart sphinx.
