Buying Quality Traffic

I am looking into buying some traffic between eroadvertising , exoclick and plugrush. Have you ever tried any of them? I dont want rubish traffic as this will help Google f@ck me even more

I bought from plugrush popunders 10k but in google analytic i had only 3k, Also PPV 1

What do you mean ppv 1? What did they tell you about the big difference ?

i tried trafficholder Egypt its good and i also tried trafficshop no refferal vistors that is also good and converted in juicyads and clickpapa for publisher

Plugrush seems a big waste of time. I mean I have chosen plug traffic which means that if someone clicks on your ad he/she gets on your site. But over 90% of the received traffic has 0:00:00 time stay which is outragious. I mean ifg someone clicks on an ad he will spend at least 1 second on the site visited.
