Embed or Host?

Would you recommend focusing on less videos (1tb initial hdd) and hosting my own or embed the majority and slowly build up hosting?

With 1TB u can host many videos and in the future do an upgrade

Just adding on this, I have hosted about 40 or so videos now. Pretty empty, but I'm just testing it. My server HDD is 500gb, but also 50% full with just this many videos. Can you let me know if the videos being hosted or embed are deleted on the server fully when I delete them in the admin dashboard? Seems I'm holding a lot of excess data that I need to clear.

When you delete in admin it delete the video off your server just make sure your not using "mark as delete" which i think is a que for deleting videos an not actually deleting them.

WOW, those are some 1080p type videos to cover 500GB that quick.

It depends what kind of videos you host. 720p (thats the maximum video resolution in the script for now, except if you set mp4 hd copy, which uses the original mp4 you upload) can use a lot of space, like 30 minutes of video requires 150-200mb.
