Maybe in the next version you can create a pop under script, then from admin you can add a single url or a list of urls to rotate each time a new user click on the site. Also if you can created editable parameters such as how often it will display to a user, such as once per day, once per 6 hours, etc.

I added a new textarea for javascript, where you can add your popunder code, messenger ads and so on. The code gets added at the bottom of head.
