About adding or removing text fields in model's module

If I want to add or remove some fields in pornstar model modul, how can I do?
If for example I wanna get rid of date of birth and add email or some other field. I checked on the module templates but found nothing.

Yeah, the modifications will be overwritten. Thaught about implementing this for a whil, but only you asked for this feature until now.

Alter the database and add textfield1 varchar(255) not null default '' and textfield2 the same.
