hi,
i would like to add new links,
so i did, only the new ones don't display on the website.
i've changed the settings in Cloudflare (development mode :on)and still don't see the new links.

Do the new links show up in your SQL database? If they do make sure you clear your cache from the admin panel (Tools--> Cache). If aren't being added to the database then check your error log to see if there's something in there.
I haven't had an issue on mine so it sounds like something local to your installation.

Also there is a link active that is'nt registrated in the admin panel

Make sure the links widget is enabled in Admin -> Extend -> Template Manager -> defboot -> config and also make sure that the link is in the footer position.
