How can i remove /mobile/ from his url, its giving alot of HTTP 500 ERROR.

What version of the script are you running. This url was only available in a very very old version of the script. Currently you use either responsive or the m.domain.com setup. What do you have in config.php for mobile_url and also in Admin -> Extend -> Modules -> mobile -> config do you have redirect enabled?

Config.php mobile_url have http://m.domain.com
And redirect in Admin -> Extend -> Modules -> mobile -> is check to YES.
I just don't know where google get /mobile/ from, its keeps crawling it. if you block it in robot.txt then you now get errors in google webmaster "blocked resources".
