Activation date instead of upload date

Is there a way to show the date of activation on a published video rather than the upload date? If I upload 10 videos the date is the same and the videos land together no matter when I activate them. If I activate a video that I uploaded last week it should show as the latest video with the activation date and showing first on the index page.

How do I do this?

You Shuffle the videos after activation. In version 3.x and 2.2.5 i can add a new option to activate and shuffle automatically.

That worked, but would prefer that when I activate it the clip carries the date and time of activation rather than when posted.

I have the same problem. I use the graber and it shows the date at the time the video is queued ( not even converted ). So i have videos listed today which have date from many days ago.

At this point this can be done with Shuffle first then Activate. In 2.2.5 i will add a combined option in the dropdown.
