mass embed sites

I have a question to the mass embed of redtube, pornhub, pron, porn2, pornative and xvideos . Is it allowed to import the stuff of other site ? Our previous tube application didn´t have this feature and i do not want to run into any bad trouble through using this.

I checked it the first time right now on our test install with an import of xvideo.com stuff and noticed that many of the imported videos are full length or even mach longer ( 15 - 45 minutes ) then the normal studio advertising clips. This confuses me a bit more

Since i´m not such a professional with this like most of you with your large tubes i would like to know what you think about

It is allowed, as those sites offer you the embed code. Its a win/win situation, you can win because you get content and they win because they will get some of your visitors. So you wont have to worry about the parent site saying that you are not allowed to embed their videos.

Now the length of the video and copyright, is another discussion. It depends on the video, does the parent site own the video? (with legal rights), you can know this? Do you have to remove the video from your site if you get a DMCA request? YES.
