Tmp folder weight many gigabytes. Can i delete files inside some subdirectories in ftp? Which ones?

Can i delete also tmp/logs/* and tmp/cache/*?
I deleted cache in admin but it still weights more than 9go.

Are you using file cache? If yes, delete tmp/cache/ - only the files in this folder, not in subfolders. I will remove file caching from 3.x.
