Advice about the Video conversion
Hello all,
I need advice or have someone experience with video conversion.
I have 1 server that I want to use for all my websites, is it wise to give each site its own video conversion file or it is also possible to have 1 spot on the server and use that for video conversion for all websites.

Version 3.x can use a remote server for conversion. So all conversions are done on the remote server. So thats pretty easy.
For version 2.x conversion is done on the main server and each site has its own conversion process, there is no other way.

am not sure if i understund of what you want to do...but you want to have for your all videos ONE ? like one somepath/convert.php for all sites?
this need many modifications on script to do it and there is not logic reason to do it....

I got now for 1 site this:
/var/www/vhosts/mysite.net/httpdocs/ffmpeg/ffmpeg
/var/www/vhosts/mysite.net/httpdocs/ffmpeg/ffprobe
/var/www/vhosts/mysite.net/httpdocs/ffmpeg/yamdi
/var/www/vhosts/mysite.net/httpdocs/ffmpeg/qt-faststart
on a other server/site i got this
/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg
/usr/local/bin/ffprobe
/usr/local/bin/yamdi
/usr/local/bin/qt-faststart
i was thinking can i send all the sites to these settings 
because ill put them on 1 server.

Yes you can, you can just change the path to the binaries in admin -> video -> config -> conversion
