Yes.... It's show that 9 of February will update Chrome and they will not allow new tabs and pops ads etc. So we have to do something?

You have to remove those ads that they have detected as abusive. And then report them as removed.
Otherwise, they will not allow the user to surf your site smile

It is like someone caught you from the b...s and do whatever they want to let you go. hahahaha
