[ADDED] CSV Auto Category
Fetch the Categories like in RSS import from Tags. Maybe a Selector: Cat. from Tags: YES/NO

There is a better way. Basically categories will have another field, auto_category or something, that will have strings separated by commas that match the category, if those strings are present in the title and/or tags the category is matched.
