Would love to know what you think about affiliate programs.
From the millions of tubes out there who the hell would ever pay for porn videos anymore?
I imagine that the live cams and viagra would make better affiliates because they are something else than videos.

It all depends on your content and nieche. Amateur, Girlfriend, Homemade, Fetish and a lot of micro nieches still convert very good (and probably a lot that i dont know). Its all about packaging, and Adult Script Pro has so many advertising methods. I personally use the Video Player advertising (banner under the flash player) and Video Right Advertising (banner right to the video player) and both of them convert for me, i have a 1:254 and 1:312 on 2 of my sites (and i dont have that much traffic).

True! I always thought about and based on several conversations with other SEO and affiliate porn admirers, apparently good way to make revenue with porn is first target a niche, then if you plan to host or embed videos, not to play the entire video..u know between 30secs to 5min. You do not want the user to start masturbating and loose interest after their done...u know what I mean. You want that desire to stay so that they are directed to a lading page or to click on advertisement and eventually pay. Now of course you need traffic in order to have good conversion but a great niche that converts well is 'Shemale'....
Any thoughts on this?

Generally speaking Search Engine traffic converts the best for me. I used a few embedded videos to start the sites, and now i only use legal videos from sponsors, from 0:30 to 7-10 minutes long (only a few sponsors have videos 5> mins).

Personally i never go back to sites that only have short videos. I wonder why anyone would ever pay for videos when anything can be found free, maybe rich people would rather just get full memberships, and niche people with a serious hard on, but again any niche material is freely available too...

Contrary to what i thaught like 1 year ago, i now know that not all content can be found for free out there. There is a lot of content that is available only on membership sites, thats why it still works.
