Thumbs not updating and videos not converting after server move

After I just moved from one server to another and having a few issues:

Videos do not seem to be converting and completing:

From end of video conversion log:

Audio encoding failed
FLV Processed! Updating meta tags ...

Not converting to mobile (not enabled in admin)!

Also:

From apache logs for video added from VideoSwiper (it's adding thumbs)

Could not open file : media/videos/tmb/000/016/353/10.jpg
media/videos/tmb/000/016/353/10.jpg

Could this all be related to permissions? If so, any ideas on how I can fix this? This all worked prior to the server move. (Videos from VideoSwiper as well as uploading from admin panel)

Um - so I fixed the thumb thing - for some reason the latest thumbs folder was listed as 755 and I changed it to 777 (like the others and now I can create thumbs). What the hell made it change to 755?!

So - just the video conversion thing now - could it also be the same idea?

Adrian - you once told me this commmand - chmod 777 `find ./ -type d -

Can I just do:
find /home/kinkykik/public_html/Pornogoddess.com chmod 777 `find ./ -type d - ?

Bleh - another error when uploading an FLV - from admin panel

mod_fcgid: HTTP request length 15729986 (so far) exceeds MaxRequestLen (15728640), referer: http://www.pornogoddess.com/admin/index … deo/upload

What should I change this to?

So - changed MaxRequestLen in php.conf to 500000000 now I can upload FLV files I've already converted on my personal computer to the correct attributes.

Will test again with conversions -

We all do it from time to time )) I mean talk to ourselfs )))))))) Is the conversion working now? If you find to do a chmod 777 `find /where/script/is/installed/media -type d` thats good.

[OT]You changed your host? I saw it is VolumeDrive now, may i ask you how long the Setup took and which plan you ordered?

I kinda moved - even tho it shows as VolumeDrive.com - AYK Solutions is still my host. They order the machine from VolumeDrive and setup and manage it for me ( I can't do this myself.) I'm very happy with the server. It took 1 week to get it setup on their end and 1 day for Adrian to make it work. No matter what host I switch to - I always need Adrian to come set me up.
