I am getting error 500 on google & bing for 30.000 links. Also from where the search engines found this link I do not allow video download at my site

This link still appears even if its disabled in Admin -> Video -> Configure? Also it should be re="nofollow".

maybe some other sites have this link to download videos :@ i have removed download.php and now i am getting error 500 on bing anf google.

Do not remove download.php. I will add a feature so that you can specify which users can download videos (like all or registered).

You can redirect download.php to /id/video-slug/ with a 301.

This link will only appear if you have Download Videos enabled and you can specify which users can download videos (All or Registered or Premium).
