Hi

When I upload a movie, the Thumb appear gray and without any image.

Any solution to the problem?

Does this happen for all videos, or only specific (a few videos)?

I think it does this on generate thumbs, I noticed a while back when instead of downloading the thumb I generated that it was creating thumbs real early on in the clip and they were almost all identical

It splits the thumbs through the entire video, unless the video is to short.
