Dose someone knows how to watermark videos that will be converted for mobile?

Watermarking videos is not so easy, but i will do a lot of testing after the final version is done and add this feature. It was requested by a few members until now.

100% in 1.2. Its a requested feature. I'm at my parents house, next week i get back to my place and development and support will be running very very very fast again :-)

Yes, but YOU will have to re-install ffmpeg probably :-) Newer versions of ffmpeg support good methods of watermarking (old versions didnt have any good and viable methods).

WOW, now i can't wait for 1.2 release. i have ffmpeg 10.4, i hope it's good enough Lol

If by the time 1.2 is out, ffmpeg will be at version 0.12.x or something adn they have new features that improve the conversion and/or watermarking then you will need to upgrade, if not, there is no need for upgrade.
