No we do not offer repair server libraries. Usually it is not installed properly and requires reinstallation (first remove), so it's like new setup, even more complicated. And I'm sorry but I do not accept your offer. I can't accept your website.

I'm pretty sure I could be your father, so imagine how could I change at this age?
I'm same restrictive with rules, same sensitive, same assertive when abused, but also same responsible and hard-working.
This is character that many younger people may not understand or even accept, but unfortunately I can't change it, not at my age.
Anyway I promised Symtab and also myself not to fight on public talking, and rather ignore what I do not accept.

What file did you modify while installing Thumbs Progressbar Slide? ASP 1.0.2 update writes over that file. I did make a back up so i can rewrite it back. Already sent Systab an e-mail about this issue, think you guys need to communicate so when he update a file, yours don't get over written.

There is so many updates and bug fixes, smaller changes to the script, so I cannot follow them, cannot eaccess all of them.
I have only one version of the script, so any other version requires custom installation, depending what I'll find in script files.

None information upon previous files changes can help.
ASP script changes so dynamically that changes made to previous vesions won't fit new version.
I already wrote about it, and that's why I am not able to offer any universal installer, just like I do for other scripts.
Basically the plugin for Nuevoplayer and corresponding Nuevoplayer doesn't change,
the problem concerns slides generator, wchich must be set inside multiple script files, according to what certain script's code is.

This is huge pain for me to follow each script change, and trying to understand new script code before I can set such generators code.
If EU 15.00 is too much for such job for you, I can only say you in secret that you would not agree to do it for EU 50.00.
This is really not easy thing, requires good experience and a lot of time.

According to installations I made (only 2) the files edited usually where:

libraries/framework/video.php
modules/video/scripts/convert.php
modules/video/components/manage.php
modules/video/components/upload_ftp.php
admin/templates/default/video_manage.tpl.php

Other, new files do not require a change.

Okay, awesome... so here is what i was trying to get across earlier. Somehow let Adrian know what changes you make or send him a copy of those files you modify. So for future updates, he can add his ASP updated to those files. Im sure he don't create each .php from scratch on each update, he must update old ones with new information. So now, your changes and his changes can be in the same file(s). This way we can avoid his new updates overwriting your changes and thus not having customer pay 15eu every time ASP does an update.

I am not trying to start fire here, im trying to avoid spending 15eu each time i update my ASP... i know you wouldn't either if it can be avoided if there is communication between ASP and Nuevoplayer.

Anyhow, i updated "archives" only from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 and the only file changed from your list above was

modules/video/scripts/convert.php

Generally speaking you will have to pay if you want us to do the install/upgrade (simply because we invest time for this). In the future templates will rarely change, but the other files will always change because thats how we fix bugs and add new features. Any 3rd party module (including the Nuevolab player) is considered a modification and you need to BACKUP when you upgrade, in case the files are overwritten.

@Nuevolab: if you need the latest version just drop me a email.

Yes i did make a backup but it's useless unless i add the lines ASP changed to the backup.... example is the convert.php, you made changes to it and Nuevo made changes to it. So each time ASP update convert.php you overwrite Nuevo modification. But this can be avoid if Nuevo send you the lines they change so you can permanently ad it to convert.php, so when you update convert.php in the future it also have Nuevo modified lines within it within it.

Does this only make sense to me? it's not like Nuevo is constantly making changes, they only make changes once (besides update to the player itself which have nothing to do with ASP)

Simple put, if Nuevo modify ASP files then they need to communicate to prevent each other from overwriting the same file.

as we used to provide on Nuevolab website as well.

4. Our sites are located on server in US, Washington DC, so if you are from Asia with additional not so great ISp speed, don't be suprised that sites from such locations may not be so fast. I can access site really fast, even if I'm located in Europe.

5. If someone can't see our sites on this or other browser - this is not a website problem but your browser's or IP resolver on your system.

I do also sometimes cannot resolve some of my clients websites, browser shows unreachable resource error, but before I write to client I always first check the site using any proxy server from different locations, just to make sure if it's not my system and ISP.

I assume the anyads and same our overlay advertising cannot be used with exoclick/ero-advertising in-player ads. You can use their 300x250 ads.

Seems impossible to get in contact with you or Adrian these days. Anyhow, this is from my first player i bought, i ignore the issue until i tired to change the thumbs color an it doesn't work. Seem like there is a database issue why no menus an options worked the way they should.

What for such code?
Nuevoplayer is integrated with AdultScript and code is set automatically.
Type of code (flash or javascript) depends of what type of player user select in player settings.
If javascript type selected (flash +html5) it automatically switches to desired playback depending on device.

Code quoted form website is generic code,
it doesn't make use of many advanced settings available in AdultScript player integration.
For supported scripts like AdultScriptPro player setup is much more simplified and automatic, but final result much more advanced.

Overall, there is mobile template to play videos on mobile devices. None player is needed for it.

Really I have no patience to explain everything to some people.

Maybe Admin will have more and will be able to explain that:

1. On desktop browser with flash support this will be always flash player to play videos.

2. On mobile device this is mobile template and mobile device that plays videos, not any player until mobile template is switched off.

3. When mobile template is off, Nuevoplayer is able to play mobile videos, but only if mobile video files exist, and ASP helper mobile_url function returns valid URL of public accessible video file.

It's really frustrating when trying to explain something to people who are not able to check if they really have mobile video files on their server, if they are of proper format, if they can access their video files from web browser. This is basic knowledge for every webmaster. I can't help in anything if someone doesn't understand it.
