I notice MP4 takes a few second (delay) before it play after pressing play but FLV play without delay. How can i make MP4 play without a delay after pressing play button?

Thats how mp4 works, because mp4 (at high resolution) needs to preload unless you have a very very good server. You can however configure lighttpd/nginx/apache to skip the delay.

Is it in that mod when you set a 10 second delay? yeah i would love to skip that delay. the quality is not true HD, it's just MP4 format.

You just need to edit the lighttpd/apache/nginx configuration in this case.
