That requires a little of CSS modification and programming skills and perhaps no one would do it for free since its personal customization. I think the best way is to hire someone (like Symtab) to do it for you.

Only for the premium videos its on the side. I can send you the css part and premium video view if you want to modify it, but i cannot do it for you, because it would take at least one hour of development time.
