Is it possible to set a cron job to parse all the feeds setup in the Mass XML import section?

Yes. Just add /where/php/cli/is -q /where/script/is/installed/cron.php and edit config/cron.php and make sure the status for video_feed is set to 1

Just go to Admin -> Video -> Add -> Mass XML Import and click the run button (on the right side, first button for each feed).
