I want to have videos ready to go but drip them out like one video per day or something like that, so that it always shows new content and the searches crawl your site more, plus the rss feeds are always updated.

Yes. It is possible. You can shedule videos from the administration panel. You need to a cron for cron/cron.php to be executed hourly.
