about multi server
i start thinking about multi server when i reas some post here so i have some questions 
becuse im noob on this and i never used 
1) the new server must be dedicated?? or can be shared hosting?
2) when i use multi server wich server have bigest usage in streaming videos??
i mean if ASP installed in server 1 wich is VPS-dedicated and thumps and videos files is located in server 2
wich one will use most bandwidth !
3) i must have root access to new server?
4) i have to install something?

1. Can be shared hosting.
2. Second server (server 2).
3. No. You must have FTP access.
4. No. You dont need to install anything (if you have streaming then you need apache/ligttpd/nginx with pseudostreaming capabilities).

Ok I get this.... So one more question
If I choose to change one of server or both to some other server what I have to do??? When I change server 2 I will move video and thumps and then just I will change ftp congf from admin panel and will work?
And where u suggest to place videos and thumps?? on vps or shared hosting?

When you change the server 2 you move thumbs and videos and then you edit the server settings in admin for server 2. I dont really think it matters where you host the thumbs, if you would have a lot of traffic then a nginx based server would be recommended.

ftp will work only with root as user?

FTP works with a user, and it should never be root.
