Using copyrighted porn is one thing... using copyrighted movies is another. If you get big and garner attention be prepared to be taken down. Those motion picture movie companies don't fuck around.
Other than that, site looks nice. Movies play well.

and in denmark we use fines or imprisonment
15 days in prissem or 20.000dk in fine that is the bigges fine you can get for this in denmark that is only 3631,41 us

You should just make clip-movies.com a porn site. Being that most affiliates use 'clips' of their porn movies... you could have a pretty good PPC or PPS conversion. Then you wouldn't get in trouble.

i own clip-movies.net i make that a porn site but in the background i will steam alle the movies

Copyright infringement is international. Even if you have the server offshore, the country you host the content in can come after you. Like the post above said, unless it's china or iran you won't be safe.
You are not the first person to put full length movies on the internet. It's been done before. Considering that I can watch most of the movies, on your site, on VOD or HBO do you really think you are going to get the same numbers of people on your site as a porn site.
My advice, use ASPro for porn... you can make a lot more money!

Ok...so i dont have anything against you personally and i would be more than happy if you would run a legal porn site, or even a non adult video site, but please make it legal. We will soon have a youtube embedder which will allow you play youtube videos in your flash player (in a legal way, not downloading their videos).

Regarding the same problem. I own a twerking (booty sharking) domain, and there are only a few legal videos related to twerking. Youtube has tons of videos. I wonder if i'm allowed to embed those videos. Also since they allow you to play youtube videos in your own player (not hotlinking, jw and nuevo player supports this), i also want to do this.

Why wouldn't you be allowed to embed the videos? There are a million sites which embed YT videos. The worst that can happen is if the video is removed from YT. Though, there are plenty of ways to code and check if the YT video is still available. I know of a couple of scripts which have YT checking to make sure the videos are still valid.
As I was thinking, you might not want to add a YT embed feature to ASPro unless you make a non-adult ASPro and brand it different. I've never seen a YT video on an adult website. Ever. Though, I know one of your competitors is offering a version of their script as non-adult with YT videos. They brand the product as a non-adult version of the script. So, you can get the adult version (no YT) or the non-adult version (YT).

If you need some help, let me know. Though, investing too much time in a non-adult version of the script might not pay off for ya IMHO. There are so many other scripts out there which have really strong followings. Your better investing time into ASPro and taking over the adult market. I personally own several video scripts and they are all pretty much great scripts. Added, you have the factor of people who won't buy your script because you do adult. Someone who is against adult probably won't purchase your non-adult script because you are in a 'politically incorrect' line of work.
The time you will need to invest to maintain two scripts wouldn't be worth the money in the long run IMHO.
If you want to make real money... create a simple Nginx control panel to work with ASPro. There really aren't any great Nginx control panels out there - most are plugins with Apache. ASPro Nginx control panel + ASPro would be a great TOTAL solution for a developer. This means I can save $30 a month on cpanel with a dedicated server... have a faster better server, and don't have to worry about server security. Currently there is Webmin and ISPconfig which support Nginx. That's about it. cPanel has a plugin, but you still have to use Apache with it.
All the graphs I've seen show how Nginx is starting to take over. Apache is king, but nginx is really starting to be the choice for busy websites.
I know for myself, I can manage a server, but who really wants too? What a pain in the butt. I have enough problems writing all the code for my scripts.
