Ftp video upload error

with debug i get this:

file in ftp is mp4 and size is 585 mb

What did you select? Hosted or Hotlink? It seems that both FLV and MP4 conversion failed.

Ahh...sorry confused with mass csv import. The problem is that no video was converted and thats why there is no size. Please check tmp/logs/VIDEO_ID.log
