Just have some chances to take a look at the directories. As what wordpress does, I think it is better if the video/photos upload can be put in different directories according to the month and year they are uploaded. It can be a mess if there are thousands (or even more) of files in one directory.

Yes, that could be done, but maybe in another script :-) Right now its to late to change this.
