Really sorry for the delay. I cant do anything right now to improve the support. I know its not as good as it used to be. I'm searching to hire someone to help, but no luck yet...I'm thinking about premium support to be able to pay more...

Well thank you for the appreciation, however in the long run its not good for me and also not for you (and all other clients). Finding and hiring someone to help, allows me to invest all my time in development, which means faster release cycle.
