Error when uploading from ftp

I have disabled the flv convertion. I have convert to mp4 enabled and the other option where it says to leave mp4 as they are. I have also mobile mp4 enabled. Now i have uploaded videos through ftp and i get this error

Query: UPDATE aspvideo SET ext = 'mp4', size = , duration = 1302.15, thumbs = 10, mobile = '0', server = 0, s3 = 0, status = 1 WHERE video_id = 38 LIMIT 1
Error Message: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' duration = 1302.15, ' at line 3
Error Number: 1064

this clearly has to do something with the duration

So what happens next is:

1. the video stays into converting forever
2. the original file remains at the temp/upload file
3. into the videos mp4 folder there is a file like 84.nomov.avi
4. at the video details there is no duration
5. there is no mobile mp4 created.

So what i am doing next is

1. Manualy change from converting to active
2. Manually delete the original file
3. Manualy rename the file from 84.nomov.avi to 84.avi
4. Manually enter the duration
5. Still i did not manage to convert to mobile mp4

So this is not acceptable and i need a solution as soon as possible.

I forgot to mention that i also have to change the video type from flv to mp4

Hi there,

I have upgraded my fmpeeg to the last version (actually my hoster did) but still i get this error

Please email me ssh root access and i will check the conversion log. I can also fix by adding a default size.

i also checked the site again. I dont get the error code for the duration but it keeps nameing the file like 128.nomoov.mp4 so i have to go to each single one and rename it to 128.mp4

Its because you dont have qt-faststart installed or the installed qt-faststart is not working.

Everything is working fine now. The only think that is not done is the delete of the original files from the ftp location but that is not very important for me. So thank you for your help and support.

Just for informational purposes, mines was working real fine until i suddenly got that error. The video that gives that error delete it, sometimes it's corrupted and cannot be converted. But this is only if you get the error after everything works fine before.
