Flash/php upload problem

in my main site Flash upload dosnt work

but in my test site work

dosnt work : celebsnudeworld.com/upload

Work : celebsnudeworld.com/test/upload

in both main and test is not show progress bar when i have choose php .

whith other tamplate shows up .

If you mean progress bar for flash work yes. but in my main site is not show upload button to can choose file.
but in test site shows button.

i test it with console via chrome and i didnt get any error.
