There is a bug in the link add system for the bootadult template. Edit templates/bootadult/link_add.tpl.php and replace:
<input name="verification" type="text" id="verification" class="input-xlarge" placeholder="<?php echo __('captcha-help'); ?>" />with:
<input name="code" type="text" id="code" class="input-xlarge" placeholder="<?php echo __('captcha-help'); ?>" />Once done i will also add a link exchange for my Real Homemade Tube :-)
