If your videos would have descriptions, then we could do it in a automatic way. You can check all bug sites out there have the same description on alot of pages.

There is no such thing. The meta title are different because the video titles are different. Without different video descriptions, you cannot have different meta desc. I can modify the code to create a automatic desc based on category and title, but still, google will find out its not natural.
