Hi,
I have just installed nuevoplayer 7 and I can't get it to work. We use AMS streaming and the default template. I followed the instructions but when I tried,
the video is only 1/4th the size on Safari, Chrome and Opera (regardless of the player width I set in admin panel). Firefox doesn't display a video at all - only sound. On ipad there is no video playback, just empty. I have set nuevo to flash+html5 but no luck. Also the progress bar thumbs don't display (although included in version 7) on the few browsers where I can actually see the player.
Is there a new way to set-up version 7? The instructions delivered are for version 6 but maybe they are the same. Anybody got v7 working with all included features?

Pay the few bucks and have nuevolab install it for you that is what I did. I paid extra to make the desktop version support ipads.

He rather spend 3 hours replying to email trying to downgrade someone instead of taking the money an complete the job. Like WTF? Which idiot refuse a payday just to prove his stupid point about me not knowing about how the script works, really??? Guess he really need to go take a class in customer service, I know people keep saying he a dick head all over the Internet an forums but im not the one dude, disrespect me an I will disrespect you.

Im not sure exactly what he did with my site to be honest. Maybe Adrian can help you out? But I do agree he is hard to work with. I would have him do a lot more custom work to my site if he was more customer friendly.

Always, I repeat ALWAYS this is end user problem if we cannot help him.
Either he doesn't understand how his script works, or his script doesn't work as expected.
And this is is what also concerns this specific user.
I can't see his files, but certainly it's not something that it should be.
Either he doesn't have single mobile video file, or it is not accessible.
Default ASP script function to extract mobile URL doesn't return any URL, so there is nothing to play.
Even his mobile template doesn't play single video, all clicks on video thumb only redirects to some porn services, doesn't play any video.
On his other website situation is same. ASP stream helper function doesn't return any mobile video URL.
Nuevoplayer (and any other player) is based on what ASP script delivers and nothing else.
If it doesn't show mobile video URL, there is nothing to play.
Unfortunately the user is not able to check it, doesn't imagine how his script works.
But he does know very well one word "fuck".
So what reply can be to his inquiries? It can be only one : NULL
Well, indeed it's hard to imagine any cooperation with such people. It is simply not possible.
I cannot spend my time on writing tons of long emails with details that user completely doesn't understand.
I am happy to cooperate with reasonable and kind people who understand a little bit of how websites work or are willing to learn it.
I am also ready to look at some issues on server if user deliver his FTP access and it doesn't concern completely cusstom solutions,
but this doesn't mean that everything will work as user except, as it can be related to what his server and script options are.
For eaxmple it's really naive to expect html5 playback if videos for mobile do not exist or server restricts access to it.
Mr xpornclub, on your website it was possible to use Nuevoplayer in the way you have it because,
1. You have mobile template off
2. Player type option is set and read by script properly
3. You have mobile videos in mobile directory that URL is properly extracted by ASP script.
But user DuttyRock doesn't meet any of these criteria and expects miracles.
But I am not magician. I am also not the one who will accept his vulgar and offensive language.

I have my story also
Nuevo 7 have a serious bug. You get black screen if you do not auto play a video and you have to click the play button. But when you click the play button very fast ( when the page is loading ) you get no video (black screen) you hear only the video sound.
and i have send an email to the site about that. they response was... "I also suggest not to talk about bugs when you do not know what the bug is. There is no player bugs, there can be only videos issue."
OK my site with alexa rank 2000 was made by me a stupid guy with experience from 2006 in this filed. Can someone tell me why i do not have this issue with nueveo 6 and i have it with nuevo 7!!
Anyway a changed to nuevo 6 that is more stable and all videos are playing without any problem.
BTW i like the neuvo player 6 is one of the best players and is easy to install at adult script pro.
And please guys do not use rude words.

Man i agree... He has probably the worst support i have ever come across in years. He is arrogant and i am not the only one to say this. Perhaps the lesson to be learn't here is even though you have a good product, your reputation is only as good as your support and how you deal with your clients.
After spending over 200$ on his products. I for one will stop using his player.. the grief is simply not worth the player.
That said... what would anyone using ASP recommend? JW or Flow?
